Stephen R. Karp is a leading developer of shopping centers and mixed-use developments. He first entered the shopping center business in the late 1960's with the development of one of the first enclosed malls in the Northeast, which opened in 1972. Outlet centers, high-end and street-front retail, airport retail, golf courses, restaurants, and marinas round out New England Development's robust portfolio.
