Chestnut Hill Square Offers Free Summer Fitness Series

Second Tuesday of Each Month July through September 2018

CHESTNUT HILL, MASSACHUSETTS (June 2018) – Chestnut Hill Square is pleased to present a complimentary Summer Fitness Series on the second Tuesday of the month from July through September. Athleta TONE Cir-CUT Class with Diana - Tuesday, July 10, 2018 - 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.
Join Athleta Chestnut Hill for this 45 minute killer workout followed by 45 minutes of private shopping before the store opens! This TONE Cir-CUT class will incorporate Btone Fitness’ TONE and Cir-CUT style classes. Btone Fitness focuses on getting the heart rate up, building lean, long and tone muscles, as well as utilizing slow movements that translate into fast results with the use of the Megaformer and IndoWater ROWer. While the machinery central to the class is not able to be transported to Athleta, this one hour TONE Cir-CUT will offer the same aforementioned principles Btone Fitness strives to give to all clients. The class will consist of short Cir-CUT intervals that get the heart rate up and the lungs pumping, as well as will include TONE sections where each area of the body is focused on: the legs, the core and the arms. Ankle weights, resistance bands, hand weights, and floor sliding disks will be provided. Come sweat it out, lengthen, and tone your muscles with this unique and fast paced workout style accompanied with fresh, upbeat, and fun tunes! Located outside by Athleta.
