Nantucket’s newest restaurant, English gastro-pub The Charlie Noble, is the third restaurant from B-ACK Yard BBQ (Nantucket) and Surfside Smokehouse (Plymouth, MA) owner Fred Bisaillon. The Charlie Noble is named after 1850’s British ship captain who requested that the copper stack of his ship’s galley always be kept bright. The Charlie Nobel Nantucket plays off the theme with bright copper accents throughout the restaurant.  Featuring fresh seafood from the Nantucket waters and a family friendly atmosphere, The Charlie Noble will offer the Island’s largest tap beer selections. The Charlie Noble will be serving lunch and dinner daily and brunch on the weekends.
