Nantucket Island Resorts Appoints Michael J. Sharlet General Manager of The Jared Coffin House and the Cottages & Lofts at the Boat Basin

Michael J. Sharlet has been appointed General Manager of Nantucket’s historic Jared Coffin House and the Cottages & Lofts at the Boat Basin.  In his new role Mr. Sharlet will oversee operations at two of the island’s premier properties, both part of the Nantucket Island Resorts collection, which was recently named “Top Places to Work” for the second year in a row by The Boston Globe. The hotel collection also includes The Wauwinet, White Elephant, White Elephant Village, and Nantucket Boat Basin.

State Issues $10 Million I-Cubed Bond for Westwood's University Station

Through the Commonwealth’s innovative Infrastructure Investment Incentive Program (I-Cubed), MassDevelopment has issued a $10 million tax-exempt special obligation bond on behalf of University Station in Westwood, Massachusetts, which is transforming an industrial park into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood. New England Development, the project’s developer, is using bond proceeds to help build infrastructure, such as roadway and utility improvements, to support development of the project.

Oath Craft Pizza Will Expand to Chestnut Hill

It will be located at Chestnut Hill Square, with Bon Me, Seasons 52, Brio Tuscan Grille, and more.

Nantucket-based pizzeria Oath Craft Pizza opened a tiny South Station location in the fall and promised aggressive growth to other areas, such as Davis Square. But the next location will be in Chestnut Hill Square, opening "soon," according to a Facebook post from the company.

Outlets Packed Days Before Christmas


LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -  Crowds of last minute shoppers filed through the outlets of Little Rock Sunday, going in and out stores, carrying handfuls of bags.

"There's a lot of people in some of the stores," said holiday shopper Reagan Workman.

Reagan is doing just that, leaving the Outlets with a bag herself.

"I think a lot of people wait til the end, like with my kids some things you can buy but some things you don't know what they're going to want til the end," said Reagan.

Asheville Outlets to Unveil Tesla Motors Supercharger Station

ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA [December 14, 2015] - Asheville Outlets is pleased to announce the installation of a Tesla Motors Supercharger station. Designed for the Model S, the Supercharger houses stations for eight vehicles and will be able to charge them in minutes versus hours. It will be located in the parking lot near the Dillard’s Clearance Center.  Representatives from Asheville Outlets, Land of Sky Clean Vehicles Coalition and Blue Ridge Electric Vehicle (EV) Club will be on-site for the official ribbon cutting event, which begins at 1:30 p.m. on December 19th.

From Food Truck to Brick-And-Mortar: Bon Me Dazzles In Chestnut Hill Square

This past Saturday, the familiar maze-like parking lot located in the center of Chestnut Hill Square featured a noticeable addition: a vibrant yellow truck parked among the masses of neutral black and white minivans. The truck, stationed in front of the site of the newest addition to the square, was nothing other than the original award-winning Bon Me food truck
