Construction on Outlets at Little Rock coming along

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – On Thursday, THV11 got a first peek inside all of the construction at the new Outlets at Little Rock.

The walls have been built in a matter of weeks. It seems like just a few months ago, we were showing you video of just dirt sitting in the lot.

Now, walls are up and roads are built.

Michael Barelli with the development firm out of New England said 75 stores are going into this shopping center, but he will not announce the stores until this spring.

Target seeking 250 workers for new Westwood store

(The Boston Globe - December 29, 2014)

Target Corp. will hold a job fair Jan. 7-10, hoping to recruit 250 workers to staff its new Westwood store scheduled to open in March.

The Minneapolis-based company said prospective employees must apply in advance to be added to a list of scheduled interviews. Managers will interview applicants between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. all four days at Target’s hiring center at 378 University Ave. in Westwood.

Asheville Outlets complete management team

(Asheville Citizen-Times December 17, 2014)  Asheville Outlets has completed its management team with the hiring of Tammy Cox as marketing director and Megan Thorp as leasing manager/marketing assistant, according to a Wednesday announcement.

Outlet executives said they remain on track for a May opening at the intersection of I-40 and I-26 at Brevard Road.

Whole Foods opening date set at Palm Beach Outlets

(December 17, 2014 - Palm Beach Post

The long-awaited Whole Foods Market at the Palm Beach Outlets will open Feb. 25, the natural foods market chain has announced.

The West Palm Beach location is one of four South Florida stores slated to open in quick succession in the New Year.

On Jan. 14, a Whole Foods Market opens in downtown Miami (299 SE Third St.), becoming the chain’s 22nd Florida location.

Asheville Outlets Management Team in Place

Outlets, New England Development has already gotten the center’s management team in place: Sharon Morgan is general manager, Ken McCain is operations manager, Tammy Cox is marketing director, Megan Thorp is specialty leasing manager/marketing assistant and Joy Wells is office manager. Site Plan Application for Clarksburg Premium Outlets Approved

(December 8, 2014) Last week, the Montgomery County Planning Board voted unanimously to approve the site plan application for Clarksburg Premium Outlets® at Cabin Branch.  The Planning Board had a special appreciation for the project's unique design plan and emphasis on energy efficiency, including the planned electric vehicle charging stations, solar panels, and bike paths.  The project team is excited to begin construction in spring 2015 and looks forward to opening during the summer of 2016.

(USA Today/10Best) Hip, contemporary CambridgeSide Galleria is an indoor mall that draws locals for easy indoor shopping at all the shops you love: Ann Taylor, Gap, Victoria's Secret, Best Buy, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Wilson's.
