Retail Stores and Restaurants Participate in Annual Nantucket Christmas Stroll

NANTUCKET, MA (Holiday 2016) – Enchanting Nantucket annually presents one of New England's finest traditions -- Christmas Stroll weekend, part of the month-long celebration known as Nantucket Noel organized by the Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce. The 43rd Annual Christmas Stroll will be held December 2-4; the event features Santa arriving on his nautical sleigh with the help of the Coast Guard. Upon arrival, Santa will parade through Main Street to the Jared Coffin House, where he meets with children young and old.

HVAC Units Take Flight at Outlets of Des Moines

DES MOINES, IOWA (November 30, 2016) – Outlets of Des Moines will be the site of some very exciting aerial activity this Saturday, December 3rd from 7:30am-4:30pm, as a helicopter places heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units atop the nine buildings that make up the Des Moines area’s first outlet mall.

St. Louis Helicopter LLC will be putting into place 198 units, ranging in weight from 750 pounds to 1,400 pounds, at New England Development’s 300,000-square foot retail development under construction in Altoona.

‘Art in the Square’ to Connect Community with Local Artists

Autumn is bringing a little something more than just apple picking and Pumpkin Spice Lattes to Chestnut Hill this year.

This coming Saturday, Chestnut Hill Square will see its first annual “Art in the Square” homemade arts market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The large parking lot, usually packed with the cars of customers shopping at Wegmans or eating at one of the nearby restaurants, will instead feature a diverse collection of about 20 artists and craftsmen from all over New England.

Clarksburg Premium Outlets To Open Thursday

Clarksburg Premium Outlets opens Thursday with more than 70 stores along I-270.

“I think it’s a destination,” said Marilyn Balcombe, president of the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce. Balcombe said the outlet is expected to draw shoppers from across Montgomery County as well as from around the state.

The outlet also will serve as a source of employment, she said. The site has generated 500 construction jobs and 800 full-time and part-time positions, said a spokeswoman for Simon Premium Outlets Development, the outlet’s owner.

Clarksburg Premium Outlets plans Grand Opening Celebration

One year out

Des Moines metro’s newest shopping center will open in exactly one year — guaranteed.

The last load-bearing beam at the Outlets of Des Moines project in Altoona was put in place this week, which signals the project's skeleton structure is in place. Workers have started enclosing three of the outlet's planned nine buildings, said Mike Barelli, vice president of New England Development, the Boston-based company building the outlet mall.

Outlets of Little Rock First Year Anniversary Celebration Saturday and Sunday, October 15 & 16

LITTLE ROCK, AR (October 2016) – Outlets of Little Rock will celebrate the center’s first anniversary the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, October 15 & 16 with complimentary cake provided by Pulaski Technical College Culinary program and refreshments and entertainment. The UALR men’s and women’s basketball teams, along with the dance team will be onsite from 12 noon to -1pm on Saturday.
