David P. Croasdale, CPA

David Croasdale has over 40 years of finance and accounting experience, all in real estate development, acquisitions, and management.

David joined MarketPlace as Controller in 1996 and currently oversees all finance and accounting activities both corporately and at the operating level at Boston Logan International Airport, Philadelphia International Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport, and Ronald Reagan National Airport. Prior to joining MarketPlace, Croasdale was the CFO/Controller for H.J. Stabile & Son, Inc. and Vazza Associates. Both real estate companies had a portfolio of over 50 properties and specialized in development, general construction, and property management. David also served as Controller of Koala Inns of America Corp, a company that owned, developed, and operated 18 hotels. Additionally, David worked for Kennedy & Lehan CPAs, a firm whose practice concentrated in real estate development and construction. He also worked for Texaco Canada as a financial analyst concentrating in new facility investment.

Mr. Croasdale received an M.B.A. from McGill University and a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
