Diane C. Retzky is responsible for all aspects of human resources at New England Development where she focuses on employee relations, staffing, compensation administration, benefit management and design and policy creation. She spearheads the company’s recruitment and retention initiatives and works closely with New England Development’s family of companies, including MarketPlace Development, White Elephant Resorts, and Newburyport Development, on their human resources needs. Diane joined the company in 2008 and has over 25 years of experience in human resources management with a variety of different industries from banking to high tech.
Prior to joining New England Development, she was with Palladium Group, a 300 employee professional services firm where she was responsible for all human resource functions including managing national and international compensation and benefit plans. Diane received a B.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and her M.B.A. from Babson College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and CREW Boston and serves on the Board of the Needham Community Council.
