Liam Patterson

Liam Patterson manages all accounting, lease administration, treasury management, tax and financial reporting for New England Development. He leads a team of experienced accounting and reporting specialists who provide analytical support to the finance, leasing, property management, development, and construction teams. Prior to rejoining NED in 2014, where he had worked from 1992 to 1999, Mr. Patterson served as the chief financial officer at The Congress Group and as a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Services practice where he provided valuation, investment, and business transformation advisory services to a wide array of commercial real estate owners and investors. 

Mr. Patterson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College, a Master of Business Administration from the F. W. Olin School of Business at Babson College and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
