Paul S. Cincotta, PE

Paul S. Cincotta, PE, manages all aspects of the approval and permitting process of mixed-use developments. Paul oversees consultant team selection and management, coordination with tenants and end-users, relationships with regulators and local interests, and coordinates with leasing and construction during the various phases of a project, from diligence activities through the construction implementation phase.

Prior to joining New England Development Paul was as a project manager with Packard Development responsible for managing a consultant team in obtaining permits and approvals for mixed-use and large format retail developments. He also served as a project manager with Epoch Senior Living responsible for assisted living and skilled nursing facility permitting. Paul had a ten year tenure as project manager with Rizzo Associates where he was responsible for engineering design and permitting for transportation, commercial and residential development projects. He holds a Professional Engineer designation, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College.
