Paul McGinn co-founded MarketPlace Development, one of the nation’s leading airport retail developers. He has more than 30 years of experience in the development and management of public and private sector real estate ventures, with extensive experience in the airport concessions industry.
Mr. McGinn directs the development, management and leasing for all MarketPlace Development projects, including Boston Logan International Airport, Philadelphia International Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. His specialized areas of expertise include supervision of design development, project financing, lease negotiation and preparation of general merchandising plans. Mr. McGinn has worked with additional airports and with airlines across the country, including San Francisco International Airport, where he directed the company’s leasing and construction management for the food and beverage program at the Airport’s New International Terminal.
He has also served as Vice President of Friends of Post Office Square, a civic corporation responsible for the $80 million, award winning parking garage and park in Boston’s financial district. He also served as Deputy Director of Real Estate Development and Property Management at the Massachusetts Port Authority. Mr. McGinn is a member of Airports Council International-NA, Airport Minority Advisory Council, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Urban Land Institute. He received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
