Boston Globe's Top Places to Work 2015

Nantucket Island Resorts Named One of Boston Globe’s 2015 “Top Places to Work”

Nantucket Island Resorts has been named one of the “Top Places to Work” in 2015 for the second consecutive year in the employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe. An impressive feat as this was only the second year the company was invited to participate. This year, 2,178 Massachusetts-based companies were asked to take part and of those, 357 companies completed the submission process.  Nantucket Island Resorts ranked seventh in the “Large Employer” category (250-999 employees) – moving up from 2014’s 11th place ranking.  The results will be published in the The Boston Globe Magazine on November 15.

The “Top Places to Work” list recognizes the most progressive companies in Massachusetts based on employee opinions about company direction, motivation, management, benefits, and engagement.

“This is an exceptional honor to be acknowledged by our employees as a top place to work for the second year in a row,” said Khaled Hashem, Managing Director of Nantucket Island Resorts. “Our employees’ dedication to providing the best guest experience is inspiring and we are committed to further developing and growing their careers within our organization,” Hashem said.

The Boston Globe’s 2015 “Top Places to Work” survey was conducted by WorkPlace Dynamics, specialists in employee engagement and retention. The survey includes input from more than 77,000 employees from 357 Massachusetts companies.
