CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS (February 2021) – CambridgeSide (CambridgeSide.com) has announced the recent opening of Laced Quality Kitchen (LacedQualityKitchen.com), the newest venture from local entrepreneur Joamil Rodriquez. Expanding on the LACED legacy, Laced Quality Kitchen is a new eatery concept featuring a menu of signature homestyle bites.
A homestyle retro kitchen, Laced Quality Kitchen serves fried chicken and signature shoelaced fries, as well as house made sauces all sporting sneaker culture names. Menu items feature crispy chicken and waffles served with a Vermont maple syrup, seasoned bone-in and bone-out chicken wings in a wide variety of flavors including Sriracha Honey Garlic and Sweet Chili, as well as weekly chef specials. Laced Quality Kitchen is located in the Food Court on Level 1 at CambridgeSide and offers to go service and delivery through Uber Eats.
Laced Quality Kitchen is an expression of the company’s culture, this time in culinary form. Joamil Rodriguez knows Boston street culture. As the founder of LACED, Boston’s first high-end sneaker boutique with seven local locations, Joamil has seamlessly merged art, fashion, and music.
“Streetwear, sneakers, music and art are the foundation of the LACED youth culture and the next step for us was to move into the food scene,” says Joamil Rodriguez, owner of Laced Quality Kitchen. “Our new concept serves up a variety of southern favorites with a twist. Guests will also enjoy seeing a subtle shoutout to our sneaker origins throughout the menu,” he adds.
Family owned and operated, LACED (LacedBoston.com) skate shop and sneaker boutiques have a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere offering a vast selection of brands and styles. Original, Independent and Community Oriented with influences from Art, Fashion, Music, and Sport – LACED reflects true street culture. LACED not only carries exclusive streetwear and lifestyle brands and products but also showcases emerging trends and local designers. Laced Quality Kitchen, a new eatery concept at CambridgeSide, is the newest addition to the brand.
