WESTWOOD, MASSACHUSETTS (March 2018) – University Station has announced a FREE indoor fitness series every Sunday in March from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. to take place in the store space between Dress Barn and Famous Footwear. Conducted weekly by barre3 Needham, the free workout will be an endorphin boosting session focusing on strengthening muscles, body balance and centering of the mind. Classes will be held Sunday, March, 4, 11, 18 and 25, 2018. (Bring a mat and a water bottle.)
‘We are delighted to present this exciting series of fitness classes led by barre3 Needham,” explains Rebekah Macchia, University Station Marketing Manager, “This fitness series focuses on a technique that provides an aerobic workout combined with strength training and a unique mind-body workout session. It’s the perfect class to unwind on a Sunday afternoon.”
barre3 benefits both mind and body. Life takes us out of balance. Sitting, driving, spending hours typing on a keyboard - all of this creates an imbalance in the body, giving us slumped shoulders, a rounded spine, and a lopsided stance. When our body is shaped this way it can’t function properly, and everything we do - including exercise - exacerbates the problem.
That’s why finding balance is at the core of everything we do at barre3. It starts with our workouts: Every barre3 class works strategically to build strength and flexibility for optimal body balance and improved posture.
Your barre3 practice will give you proportion in the body that is shapely and attractive.*But body balance is more than losing weight and building muscle tone. When we stand tall with ease, a positive chain of benefits happens beyond what we see in the mirror. With body balance comes improved digestion, increased energy, minimized risk of injury, a clear mind, and a healthier and happier way of life. For more information visit: www.barre3.com.
