New Tenants Transform Brockton, Massachusetts Mall

BROCKTON, MASSACHUSETTS (September 2018) – Westgate Mall has announced the September openings of two new tenants, Planet Fitness, one of the largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the U.S., and Burlington (formerly known as Burlington Coat Factory). Burlington Stores, a leading national off-price retailer, will open a new 43,000 square foot store bringing approximately 50-100 new jobs to the community.

Additionally, the mall has seen a flurry of new tenant activity the past year with the openings of Chipotle, Staples, Verizon and XFINITY Store by Comcast in the fourth quarter of 2017. Westgate Mall continues to transcend retail trends by attracting new and diverse tenants to the centrally located shopping center which is easily accessible via major suburban Boston thoroughfares.
