'Bar Symon' is Now Open at Washington-Dulles Airport

(Jaunted  - March 6, 2015) Fans of The Chew, Cleveland, or just celebrity chefs in general need to plan a little extra time in their travels, as there’s a new restaurant doing its thing at Washington-Dulles that might just be worthy of a layover.

Michael Symon and associates recently cut the ribbon on Bar Symon, and it is now open for business within Terminal D near Gate 16. We have not had a chance to enjoy a little airport dining as of yet, but it sounds like travelers can expect sandwiches, burgers, and other goodies—complete with both Greek and Italian influences.

More than 30 local summer camps from throughout Palm Beach County will provide information at Palm Beach Outlets to hundreds of moms and dads looking for ideas of where to send their children to summer camp this year. Palm Beach Outlets to host Nutrition Walk

 As part of National Nutrition Month, Palm Beach Outlets will host a Nutrition Walk. Organized by the Palm Beach Dietetic Association, the walk is free and open to the public and is part of a campaign focusing on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. Anyone from the public may join the walk.

When: Sat., March 14, at 10 a.m.

Shopping center means more than just stores

 Aside from new shopping destinations, University Station is set to bring a host of job opportunities for residents of Westwood and surrounding communities – from caregivers and personal trainers to restaurant servers and grocery store clerks.

Paul Cincotta, New England Development vice president, said more than 1,000 jobs would be created because of the 2-million-square-foot project.

Target Opens This Week at University Station in Westwood

The long-awaited arrival of the opening of University Station, as well as its first big anchor store is all happening this week.

On Wednesday, March 4, Target will officially open its doors at University Station as one of the development’s anchor stores.

University Station is located on University Avenue in Westwood, just off Rte. 128 at Exit 13. The development is adjacent to the Rte. 128 MBTA Commuter Rail/Amtrak Station.

Palm Beach Outlets announces new store openings

West Palm Beach, Fla. — Three new stores are scheduled to join the more than 130 retail shops and eateries at Palm Beach Outlets and Marketplace at the Outlets.

Brahmin opened its latest outlet store today with an official grand opening to follow. The store features a wide variety of Brahmin’s quality handbags and accessories with great savings to be found. Handbag products will be marked up to 50 percent off.

Outlets at Little Rock to Mark Grand Opening on Oct. 16

(February 25, 2015 - Arkansas Business) The developers of the Outlets at Little Rock said Wednesday that the shopping center will mark its grand opening on Friday, Oct. 16.

The shopping center, located at Gateway Town Center at the intersection of I-30 and I-430 in Little Rock, is expected to bring 75 stores and support about 1,000 jobs. The development company, New England Development, hired CDI Contractors LLC of Little Rock to manage construction of the 325,000-SF center, which is also located near Bass Pro Shops.

Outlets at Little Rock Announces October Opening Date

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Feb. 25, 2015) — Outlets at Little Rock, featuring 75 outlet stores along I-30 in Little Rock’s Otter Creek area, announced a grand opening day of Friday, Oct. 16, 2015.  Arkansas’ first outlet project will celebrate with a full weekend of festivities just in time for the busy holiday shopping season.

“We have a strong list of retailers on board,” said Michael Barelli, vice president of New England Development. “We know Arkansans are eager to start shopping, and the stores will be open in time for fall fashions and the start of holiday shopping.”

Westwood Development Opens in March

Town Planner Nora Loughnane is confident that residents will be pleased with the upcoming opening of the 2.1 million square foot University Station development that will include shops, restaurants, a fitness club, and building and office space.

“I think people are looking forward to having somewhere close to home where they can shop and go out for dinner,” said Loughnane.

Palm Beach Outlets to Host Girls II Women Body Image Event

Life Time’s giant health center coming to Westwood

Think of it as a giant indoor country club.

That’s one way to picture the much bigger, swankier version of the typical fitness center coming to Greater Boston in July.

A three-story building rising in Westwood will offer cycling, swimming, boxing, yoga, basketball, weight lifting, and just about every piece of cardiovascular equipment conceived by mankind. Then, you can get a massage and a manicure, all while your children are learning Spanish.

The Anchorage House at The Wauwinet to Open May 2015

The new three-bedroom Anchorage House at The Wauwinet will open May 2015 on Nantucket. Located on the northeast end of the island and steps away from two beaches – one on the Atlantic Ocean and one on the Bay—the new accommodation will evoke the feeling of a private beach house. Asheville Outlets to open May 1

(January 29, 2015 - With the exterior of Asheville Outlets mall still two weeks from completion, three months to finish 331,244 square feet of an open-air mall seems like a tall order. But on May 1, the doors of the only outlet mall within 100 miles will open at 800 Brevard Road, the site of the former Biltmore Square Mall.

Asheville Outlets mall is expected to bring $8.3 million annually in state tax revenue and 800 to 1,000 new jobs to the area.

Asheville Outlets moves closer to May 1 opening

(January 29, 2015 - Asheville Citizen-Times) ASHEVILLE – General Manager Sharon Morgan knows names of the stores coming to Asheville Outlets, but she can't officially say what's going where just yet.  That didn't stop her from dropping a few hints Thursday afternoon.

"We'll have products as big as furniture, and we'll have products as small as lipstick," Morgan said, as she stood near artist renderings of the new 325,000-square-foot retail center. "This is going to be one of the most exciting things that's hit Asheville in a long time."
