One Charles Park is one of the two office buildings planned by New England Development as part of the CambridgeSide mixed-use development. Featuring 120,000 square feet of office space and built as a build-to suit for Lotus – then one of the nation’s preeminent computer software companies - One Charles Park opened in 1995. The building’s location next to CambridgeSide Galleria and the Lechmere MBTA stop, together with its views of the picturesque Charles River and the downtown Boston and Back Bay skyline, made it a coveted office location.
New England Development no longer owns this property.
