ALTOONA, IOWA (February 2020) – Outlets of Des Moines (OutletsofDesMoines.com) will host Spring Break Fun, a series of FREE children’s events from Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, March 20, 2020 at the center. Each event is free and open to the public. All events are for children ages 3 and older.
