CambridgeSide Welcomes Evolve Vending

CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS (February 2019) – CambridgeSide has announced the addition of a unique healthy snack vending machine at the center. Evolve Vending provides a sleek design and offers a range of nutrient-packed snacks, from plant based protein shakes and kombucha to protein and energy bars. Through February 28, 2019 when shoppers use code EVO19 at the machine, they will receive a 15% discount. “We are delighted to work with local college graduate, Yasmina and Evolve Vending to bring fast, convenient and healthy options to our shoppers,” explains CambridgeSide Senior Marketing Director, Melissa LaVita.

The Evolve vending machine, now located on Level 2 at CambridgeSide, also donates a portion of profits to Project Heal, whose mission is to provide 100% free peer support and mentorship specifically designed to support eating disorder recovery and encourage emotional and physical well-being.  Evolve Vending was founded by Northeastern University graduate student, Yasmina Khashoggi. Evolve Vending is popping up at CambridgeSide and has one additional location at Northeastern University.

“We are excited to present Evolve Vending to CambridgeSide shoppers,” elaborates founder Yasmina Khashoggi. “Busy students, workers, and families are always seeking better options for healthy on-the-go refreshment and Evolve aims to meet, and exceed, that need,” she concludes.

Evolve Vending is part of New England Development’s Pop-Up and Specialty Leasing program that provides shoppers with innovative shopping and dining options, as well as unique experiences, while also creating business opportunities for local and national entrepreneurs.
