LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Crowds of last minute shoppers filed through the outlets of Little Rock Sunday, going in and out stores, carrying handfuls of bags.
“There’s a lot of people in some of the stores,” said holiday shopper Reagan Workman.
Reagan is doing just that, leaving the Outlets with a bag herself.
“I think a lot of people wait til the end, like with my kids some things you can buy but some things you don’t know what they’re going to want til the end,” said Reagan.
She said it’s her first time out to the Outlets, and she thought a lot of the crowds are due to how new the stores are.
“I’m sure this has taken away from some of the malls.”
The parking lot full, many cars circling to find a spot, and shoppers said long lines in stores proved it to be a busy weekend.
Many checked their lists and mall maps twice, to make sure they didn’t miss a thing.
“Oh its five days left oh my god!” said Angela and Ryan Burton as we reminded them what the date was.
“Almost all of it (done) but we did some shopping for ourselves too.”
While many chose to online shop, or brave Black Friday, there’s still several out this weekend, hoping to score the perfect gift in time for Christmas.
