When Palm Beach Outlets opened in West Palm Beach, it promised residents and visitors a complete shopping experience, one that would constantly evolve and offer patrons access to the best and trendiest retailers.
Construction and remodeling has never really finished, and in early 2015, three new shopping options were added, along with famed grocer Whole Foods.
Now, Ross Dress for Less, Brooks Brothers and Brahmin all have a presence at shopping center Palm Beach Outlets.
The first new entrant is Ross Dress for Less, located in the department store strip of the outlets adjacent to the highway. This retailer touts itself as an off-price store — the nation’s largest. Given its size, it reaps the advantages of purchasing power, which leads to massive savings for customers.
The store is similar to neighboring T.J. Maxx, and to a lesser extent, Nordstrom Rack. It’s a great place for parents to go to load up on clothes for the kids.
On the other end of the spectrum, Palm Beach Outlets welcomes the Brooks Brothers Factory Store. This is a great place to get fitted for some snazzy suits complete with fashionable ties. You can also achieve a stylish business casual look, with pique polo shirts, sweaters and jackets.
The sales staff is highly knowledgeable and helps guide you through your purchase with a comforting, low-pressure approach.
Shoppers are often concerned that the quality will be noticeably lower than what you would find at a regular location, but that is not the case with Brooks Brothers. Even their factory-specific 346 line is top notch.
The third newcomer is handbag retailer Brahmin. This is a family-owned Massachusetts artisan that specializes in totes, clutches and satchels. They say it takes 24 craftsmen over 100 steps to make a handbag from start to finish. With a statement like that, you can only imagine the quality of such products.
Still, they expect to offer products at up to 50 percent off at this location.
Brahmin has only one other Florida location — in Orlando — making this the only option for South Floridians to get exposure to this great shop.
If these three great new stores don’t get you jazzed about heading over to Palm Beach Outlets, consider that Whole Foods has also recently opened for business.
As you may know, Whole Foods offers a non-typical grocery shopping experience. There’s a full dining area for guests to consume items from the hot bar, sushi bar, sandwich station and pizzeria. There’s also a bar featuring local brews on tap, served by savvy bar staff.
The next time you’re looking to make a day out of shopping, head to Palm Beach Outlets to check out the over 100 stores, including these new options.
