Holaday will preside over the ribbon cutting held in conjunction with the Newburyport Chamber of Commerce. Spangled USA opened its doors in June; the boutique features all Made in USA fashions and accessories. Showcasing a wide variety of fashions for her, Spangled USA also offers fashion accessories including jewelry, scarves, hand bags and more.
