Outlets of Little Rock Names Four New Employees to Management Team

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 7, 2015) — New England Development has named four new employees to the Outlets of Little Rock management team: Julie Adami, Melissa Boyle, Lauren Eddins and Gregory Roberts.

Outlets of Little Rock will be located in Gateway Town Center, positioned 10 miles southwest of downtown Little Rock, Ark., at the intersection of I-30 and I-430. Construction is underway for an October 16, 2015 grand opening.  

Julie Adami will serve as the office manager for Outlets of Little Rock. Adami has more than 26 years of regional mall experience, most recently with CBL & Associates Properties Inc., where she was a property accounts manager responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, maintaining payroll records, processing specialty leasing agreements and general office operation functions. Prior to this role, Adami was a mall accountant with General Growth Properties Inc. where she managed day-to-day accounting operations at Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock. Adami resides in Alexander, Ark.

Melissa Boyle joins the team as marketing director for Outlets of Little Rock. Boyle previously served as marketing and development manager at ICM Inc. where she developed and implemented a full marketing strategy for a statewide nonprofit that services individuals with developmental disabilities. Previous to that position, she was the owner and operator of Plan B Media, LLC where she provided advertising services to a variety of companies and industries. Boyle has held marketing positions in several other companies in Arkansas and Florida.  She resides in Alexander, Ark.

Lauren Eddins will serve as the specialty leasing manager/marketing assistant. Eddins previously worked for Radio Disney 99.5 FM, a part of The Walt Disney Company, where she was responsible for providing strategic promotional, marketing, sales and operational support. She developed and implemented promotional budget plans and generated new business for the radio station. Eddins resides in Little Rock, Ark.

Also joining the Outlets of Little Rock management team is Gregory Roberts who will serve as the facilities manager. Roberts previously worked for Emerson Russell Management where he was the operations manager at Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock. He was responsible for overseeing the maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping and security departments for the property. Prior to that position, he was with Xencom Facility Management as the lead maintenance technician at Park Plaza Mall where he was responsible for overseeing a staff of technicians who performed all repairs and preventative maintenance at the property. Roberts resides in Little Rock, Ark.

Adami, Boyle, Eddins and Roberts will begin working alongside Teresa Richards, Outlets of Little Rock general manager, on May 11.
