Site Plan Application for Clarksburg Premium Outlets Approved

(December 8, 2014) Last week, the Montgomery County Planning Board voted unanimously to approve the site plan application for Clarksburg Premium Outlets® at Cabin Branch. The Planning Board had a special appreciation for the project’s unique design plan and emphasis on energy efficiency, including the planned electric vehicle charging stations, solar panels, and bike paths. The project team is excited to begin construction in spring 2015 and looks forward to opening during the summer of 2016.
